The original recipe for this is pretty simple; milk, pudding, cookies and chocolate.
But why not replace the milk with booze?
Why not make it really strong and try chocolate vodka?
Okay well not THAT strong. (I learned my lesson by using a full half a cup the first time around and found out there is such a thing as too much booze in cookie truffles).
I also used banana pudding instead of vanilla because banana pudding and Nilla wafers shouldn't live without each other.
Step 1: Add 1/4 cup your alcohol of choice and 1/4 cup milk to 1 box of instant banana pudding and mix.
Step 2: Add your crushed Nilla wafers and mix.
Step 3: Roll into little balls and freeze for about 20 mins or until firm.
Step 4: Cover with melted bakers chocolate (I used Wilton melting candies) and more cookie crumbs. Serve and eat responsibly.
Boozy Chocolate Banana Cookie Truffles
1/4 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup flavored vodka or booze of choice
1pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Banana Flavor Instant Pudding
30 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
1 package Wilton melting candies, or BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
